Melanie Sheehan, Copy Editor
Melanie Sheehan, a graduating senior at Massapequa High School, was a Copy Editor for The Chief for the 2012-13 school year. Before becoming a copy editor, she spent two years as a staff writer. Melanie mainly wrote sports and entertainment articles, and aspiredto eventually write and direct situational comedies.
When she was not writing for The Chief, Melanie enjoyed swimming and watching the New York Giants play football.
