Karan Chhatpar, Copy Editor (2011-12)
Karan Chhatpar, a junior at Massapequa High School, was a Copy Editor for The Chief for the 2011-12 school year. He spent his time checking over articles and assisting with layout techniques for each issue. When contributing articles, Karan focused on bringing connections to the paper, including a variety of clubs and sources.
Outside of the paper, he is an active member of the Chess Team and the Mathletes, and he’s a big video-gamer in his spare time. After leaving Massapequa High School and The Chief, he hopes to major in mathematics and pursue a career in corporate law.
