Students show off their favorite onesies on the annual Pajama Day.

Spirit Week is typically known to be a week in which students show their Chief Pride at MHS, and this year was no different. Here is a list of each of the days of Spirit Week 2015 summarized.

  • Students donned their best decade-themed attire based on twentieth century fashion on the first day, “Decades Day,” on Thursday, October 8, 2015.
  • On the second day of Spirit Week, students rummaged their closets for their most tropical shirts, Hawaiian Luau Day.
  • Without doubt, Disney is more than just a multi-billion dollar company— it’s a culture. On Tuesday, October 14, students dressed up in their most beloved Disney-themed garb to celebrate the third day of Spirit Week, “Disney Day.”
  • The second to last day of is everyone’s favorite day of the year…. Pajama Day! Robes, onesies, and lounge pants were just some of the styles students were wearing on Thursday, October 15.

Despite the fact that this year’s Spirit Week did not take place over five consecutive days, it’s safe to say that nothing can stop the students at MHS from showing their school spirit.
